Keynote Speaker Larry Rosenstock, CEO of High Tech High and HTH Learning, has taught carpentry in urban high schools, served as staff attorney at the Harvard Center for Law and Education, and was a lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education for five years. Larry has served as principal of the Rindge School of Technical Arts and of the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School, directed the federal New Urban High School Project and was president of the Price Charitable Fund. Come hear his thoughts on the present and future of K-12 education at the Conference.

P L A Y Plenty of social activities are incorporated into this year's schedule to enhance your experience. Held at the beautiful Davenport Hotel, guests can enjoy a number of on-site activities including hospitality socials, the President's reception. There will also be a variety of off-site events to take advantage of Spokane's various featured attractions.
Indian Canyon Golf Course CEFPI Golf Tournament – May 1st: Please join in a benefit golf tournament for the CEFPI Washington Chapter at Indian Canyon Golf Course on May 1, 2008. Overlook the city of Spokane from one of the top 25 golf courses in the US according to Golf Digest. The tournament will be a best ball format with trophies awarded to the top three foursomes. Win prizes for the longest drive, longest wiffle ball drive, and closest pin. A $10,000 cash prize will be given for a hole-in-one.
The Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox
will be the historic location of the off-site dinner and student entertainment, in which attendees and guests will dine in the sumptuous art nouveau lobby.
